Chat Schedule

I haven't developed a chat schedule yet - I'll be sending Email to let you know when they happen.

Chat Etiquette

In order to make the chats a little more orderly I've developed a system of symbols which have helped in the past. I'd prefer we stick with them unless and until something better comes along.

The following is a table of characters and what they mean: 


	 Key	Meaning

	 !	I want to make a comment

	 ?	I have a question

	 *	When you have the floor and are finished speaking

	 1	You want to make a one line comment

Some other general rules:

  1. After any *, the floor is open
  2. If you are the first to key ! or ? after another *, no one else can talk until you have.
  3. If you key a ! or ?, you will be next to be recognized after the current speaker finished.
